The property has the added attraction of being adjacent to the Blue Mountains National Park and has a 5,000 square metre garden with many deciduous trees which make visiting a particular pleasure in autumn when the leaves turn their beautiful shades of scarlet and gold.

The house features three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three bathrooms, spacious entertaining and dining areas and a terrace with views over the lovely gardens, just the place for a pre-dinner drink.

Guests have exclusive use of the house which is perfect for self-catering with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, an informal dining room and a connecting conservatory designed to capture the sun's warmth on those cool, clear winter days. Of course there are plenty of comfortable places to sit and read or enjoy a glass of wine and the house has satellite TV/DVD/CD so bring your own music and movies or choose from the DVD library.

The immediate access to the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park means you can enjoy the fabulous views of the Jamison Valley and follow some of the scenic walking trails whenever you feel like it. With trails designed for all levels of fitness it is easy to discover the natural beauty of the surroundings and, while there's plenty to keep you at Kooyong, the temptations of the cafes, restaurants and shops of Leura are also only a stroll away.
