You have exclusive use of 33 Degrees and there are three well appointed bedrooms upstairs and two more bedrooms, an extra bathroom and a rumpus room below, making it ideal for family breaks or two couples wanting an escape from the bustle of daily life. Sliding doors create gentle cross breezes; there's plenty of space for outdoor dining and you have use of a gas barbeque system.
The modern white kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and microwave oven, though you may well be tempted by the upmarket restaurants and café culture in the area. Breakfast overlooking the beach at a time of your choosing is what holiday breaks are all about.
There's a gazebo with white cane furniture in the native garden, tempting you to just do nothing other than soak up the atmosphere while enjoying a good book. You'll commonly encounter local wildlife in the garden, including kookaburras, honeyeaters, king parrots and water dragons.

If your idea of a holiday break is all about action, Killcare is the place to be. You have coastal walking tracks in the Bouddi National Park with magnificent ocean views towards Palm Beach, and Pittwater.
