With just six timber cottages, your privacy is assured and each is a haven where you can indulge in a massage, relax in the spa bath and dine in front of a log fire. Each cottage has a well-appointed kitchen and a BBQ so you can cook your favourite things or ask about gourmet hampers which can be supplied.

Pampering is a given here with great attention to detail and little extras that really make a difference to your sense of weekend wellbeing. You?ll find a welcome platter in the fridge on arrival if you stay for two days or more and breakfast hampers are provided including delicious locally grown fruit, home made jams and wonderful free-range eggs. Freshly baked croissants are delivered to your cottage every morning.

DVDs and CDs, flowers and chocolates add to the sense of luxury, while your comfort zone is enhanced with dressing gowns and Essenza quality aromatherapy products to use in the bathroom.

Don?t think for a moment that you might forget about the surroundings as the cottages are also designed to give you every opportunity to experience this lush rainforest setting. Large skylights in the roof look into the tree canopy while spacious verandahs have inviting hammocks for two so you can laze away the day in peaceful style, listening to the birds and the sounds of the stream tumbling over the rocks.

There?s a saltwater pool with its own waterfall to enjoy in the warmer months and a forest trail to follow and find a place to sit beside the creek. Sheer bliss!

Information about Montville: Montville is a small settlement in the Blackall Ranges to the north of Brisbane. The Montville Village Green is genuinely interesting. In the area around Montville are the lush tropical rainforest of Kondalilla National Park and Mapleton National Park. The lookout at Mapleton Falls offers excellent views over the valley and there are a number of interesting walks. Romantic cottage accommodation is available in the rainforests around Montville.
