For over 25 years, Executive Apartments has specialised in providing Short term accommodation. Unlike apartments hotels and hotels that market hundreds of similar rooms and units in the same location, we provide our clients with the choice of over 130 different accommodation options in locations throughout the Perth CBD, CBD fringe suburbs and a few select desirable locations.

The properties we manage and promote are all highly desirable, executive standard apartments or townhouses that are fully furnished, equipped and cleaned on a regular basis if your stay is over 10 days. They are “real” homes, with full kitchens and laundries and generally much greater space than an apartment hotel unit or hotel suite. Each property is carefully analysed for its location, views, facilities, style and fit-out before deciding whether to place the accommodation on our books.

As a visitor, one of the best things you’ll like is the price. Whilst our properties are usually far superior in both space and facilities when compared with the other accommodation options, our rates are generally 20-40% less than apartment hotels. Without the overheads and profit targets of an apartments hotel, we also don’t require the inflated rates.
