Karstens at CQ is the newest conference centre in the Melbourne CBD, offering affordable conference and training rooms. A winning combination of modern surroundings, natural light in all rooms, state-of-the-art audio visual technology and professional conference management ensures your event will run smoothly. With five levels of conference and meeting space and a total of 29 rooms Karstens provides a good mix of different size rooms to meet your conference or training requirements. We offer 10 meeting and board rooms for up to 12 people and 19 conference and meeting rooms for up to 120 people (theatre style seating). For the larger events (up to 1200 people cocktails) we can offer our events rooms on the ground floor level. All conference rooms are fitted with individual air conditioning units, projector screens, audio and white boards. There is a large communal break out area on each floor with comfortable seats, complimentary wireless internet access and espresso machines for the coffee connoisseur. We can tailor your catering requirements to suit your meeting or conference with flexible catering packages. Through the use of specialist caters we ensure variety, best quality and consistency of our food. Karstens at CQ is part of the CQ building which incorporates the Citi Club Hotel, Lanai bar & restaurant, cq Bar and Blue Diamond salon on level 15. We can organize your accommodation, dinner requirements or casual drinks after your conference.
