Asian Pacific Business Centres (APBC) plans to expand into a national operation by 2006. APBC already dominates Melbourne’s serviced office market with almost 200 “Intelligent Offices” in 7 luxury office buildings offering 330 workstations in the CBD, South Yarra, St Kilda Road, Kew and Malvern. The Business Centres are home to 138 companies, employing more than 500 people.

APBC plans to expand from 7 sites to 20 sites in Melbourne by the end of 2005 and then link nationally the following year.

Last year, APBC expanded its operations with a new 1,100 square metre facility at St Kilda Road Towers,
1 Queens Road. The property has many areas suitable for small-to-large corporate meetings and seminars as well as a private rooftop marquee with stunning views over Albert Park Lake.

APBC had a busy 2003/2004, aggressively targeting legal mediation and the professional business conference market through its Business Centre at 530 Little Collins Street.

The Boardrooms at 530 Little Collins and Queens Road offer video conferencing available on 61 inch plasma screens while offices at 566 St Kilda Road and Toorak Business Centre offer the latest presentation and communications equipment with plasma screens of 42 inches.
