An English country house reminiscent of an exclusive private club, The Bentinck is much more than just a conference centre. There’s the entrance foyer with its lavish flower arrangements and sweeping staircase, the lounge rooms and bar with open fire, down-filled couches and leather chesterfields, antique and period furniture, and unusual pieces from around the globe.

The purpose-built facility located in the privacy of its lush gardens comprises 2 separate conference rooms with natural lighting, data access points, 4 syndicate rooms, ergonomic chairs and a private fully equipped convenors office. For smaller board room-style meetings, the Georges Board Room, located within the Executive Cottage is ideal. The Executive Cottage has 8 ensuite rooms, providing all essential conference equipment plus a lounge with open fire.

Bedrooms are cosy and comfortable, filled with country charm. There are 24 individually decorated ensuite rooms, each having a study desk, data access points, ISD/STD phone, TV, clock radios, in-room heating and electric blankets.

The Bentinck’s cuisine has firmly established the retreat’s fine reputation, inspired by its chef’s wealth of culinary experience. The restaurant comprises 2 private rooms, each with a capacity for 40 people and offering delegates private dining with the option of opening into 1 large banquet room for up to 80 guests.

The property has 4 separate lounge areas with open fires creating a unique atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The recreation lounge offers billiards, table tennis and assorted games, and has a fully stocked private bar. The property is positioned on 1.6 hectares of English gardens with an ornamental lake stocked with trout, 2 tennis courts, pool, volleyball, croquet, bocce and golf practice net.
