The Sundowner Warrnambool Mid City is a recently refurbished 4½ star property, situated 50 metres from the city centre and a short stroll to beautiful beaches.

All 69 guestrooms have recently been refurbished and include a choice of standard rooms, executive spa rooms and two bedroom fully self-contained apartments.

Sundowner Warrnambool has three separate meeting and conference rooms to suit all requirements, catering for up to 300 guests. The Tooram Room is the largest at 295 square metres, and seats up to 250 people theatre style or 180 for banquets.
