The new Waterview Convention Centre in Bicentennial Park at Sydney Olympic Park, is Sydney’newest conference complex, comprising a 1,000seat venue, Italian Restaurant, Bel Parco and Lilies Café.

Waterview can offer five separate configurations catering for 840 dinner-dance guests and 2,000 for cocktails. The future looks impressive, with confirmed bookings through to 2007 proving that WatervieW has successfully filled a gap for the ever-growing business community in the region. Having officially opened at the end of September 2005, WatervieW has hosted high-profile events like the Telstra Swimming Awards, Soccer NSW Awards and the latest product launch for Coca Cola, as well as a host of day conferences and special events – all within its first two months of operation.

The venue is a dream come true for event managers and theming professionals, offering completely pillarless surrounds; chic decor; flexible, multipurpose function space; soaring ceiling heights of up to 6.5 metres; natural lighting through floor-to-ceiling glass windows; and doors fitted with automated black-out blinds.

The entire venue – all within the tranquil surrounds of Bicentennial Park – boasts state-of-the-art technical equipment and intelligent lighting by in-house AV company, Impact AV. The 180 seat Bel Parco Ristorante provides a stylish and tasteful setting to host executive lunches and dinners, while the 220 seat Lilies on the Park Cafe is perfect for regular park visitors, the local business community and leisure travellers.
