How About Japan?

Japan offers one of the world’s largest choices of meetings and incentive travel venues.

This archipelago of more than 6,800 islands – including the four main islands of Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu – is an ideal convention destination. Japan’s lively and sophisticated cities offer an intriguing mix of ancient and modern.
The capital, Tokyo, is home to more than 12 million people and is the gateway to Japan through its international airport at Narita.

The Narita International Cultural Center has a 1,188 seat auditorium and multipurpose facilities. Eight major hotels near the airport also have extensive banquet and meetings facilities, comfortable accommodation, and the added advantage of convenient, frequently running ground transport.

Visitors needn’t journey far to discover Japan’s fascinating culture and history. Narita City’s 1,000 year old Naritasan Shinshoji Temple attracts 10 million visitors a year, while the Narita Tourist Pavilion offers live performances to introduce Japan’s colourful history. In the nearby city of Sakura you can visit the Sakura Castle Park and the National Museum of Japanese History.

The bustle of Central Tokyo is only an hour away by commuter rail or limousine bus services.
Beyond the cities lies a country of spectacular natural beauty. Japan’s natural attractions include Mount Fuji and thousands of hot springs.
