Delegates have the chance to rise early and ski or snowboard on fresh cover before a morning meeting session, and to warm up with gluhwein around friendly open fireplaces during the evening.

One of NSW most popular mountain villages is Thredbo, 180 kilometres south of Canberra, in the heart of the Kosciuszko National Park. Gradually developed as a mountain resort since 1962, Thredbo is most visited in winter, when it transforms into one of the state’s premier ski resorts. A good season can run from June through to October.

Thredbo’s River Inn is adjacent to the village leisure centre. Perfect for small, medium and larger meetings, the venue’s conference centre can seat 120 people theatre style.

Delegates can take part in experiential learning, leadership training and various alpine activities to build team spirit and co-operation. Snow skiing can be arranged and there’s a heated swimming pool for relaxation.

The 3½ star venue has 52 heated rooms able to accommodate 120 guests. Its award-winning Adrijan Restaurant, seating 90, is well known in the area for its excellent cuisine.
