An hour’s drive north of Sydney lies the aquatic playground of the Central Coast. Freshly caught seafood from the region’s waterways is a very popular menu item and, partnered with a fine wine or refreshing beer, conference groups find downtime to be refreshing and invigorating.

Wandering along the waterways and beaches in the early morning or in the still tranquillity of dusk provides a welcome relief to the structured meetings’ environment. Nature is never far from the conference room.
